COVID-19 Policy

Before you book your massage appointment please be sure that you can follow the new guidelines requirement by the State, Department of Health and Hana Hou Massage LLC. 

Please do NOT book an appointment if you have tested positive for COVID-19, have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms like fever, shortness of breath, cough, or flu.  

Masks will be required upon entering the building and throughout the massage session. 

Hana Hou Massage LLC reserve the right to stop/deny service if the policies cannot be met. 

 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:


24 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

When notice is given less than 24 hours, a $40 fee will be charged.    

If you're sick, experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please let me know as soon as possible if you cannot show up to your appointment and no additional charge will be assessed. 


If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.


No call/No show to appointments will be charged for the full appointment scheduled.
