Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen. The following policies are honored:
24 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. When notice is given less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full price of your scheduled appointment. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis in the event of an emergency or illness.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
No call/No show to appointments will be charged for the full appointment scheduled.
Mask Policy
Masks are no longer required to be worn by the Department of Health throughout your massage session. If you are experiencing any illness, it is best to re-book your appointment.
The Licensed Massage Therapist will continue to wear a face mask throughout your entire experience at Hana Hou Massage LLC.
COVID-19 Policy
Please do NOT book an appointment if you have tested positive for COVID-19, have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms like fever, shortness of breath, cough, or flu. Please cancel or re-book your appointment if you are experiencing any signs of illness.
Hana Hou Massage LLC reserve the right to stop/deny service if the policies cannot be met.
I will always be respectful of your time.
Please be respectful and mindful when scheduling and canceling appointments.
